Mushroom Extracts (Reishi - 125mg, Lion's Mane - 125mg, Cordyceps - 125mg, Chaga - 125mg, Maitake - 125mg, Tremella - 125mg, Shiitake - 125mg), raw Cacao Powder, Coconut Milk Powder*, MCT Powder, Stevia.

PREPARATION

For a Hot Drink
Add 2-3 tsp (10g) to a mug

Add 200ml hot water. Stir and add plant milk if desired.

For a Cold Drink

1. Dissolve 2-3 tsp (10g) in a small amount of hot water
2. Add ice cold water/plant milk
3. Serve on ice.

Or just blend it into your favourite smoothie. ENJOY!
