For a Hot Drink
1. Add 1.5 tsp (8g) to a mug
2. Add 200ml hot water. Stir and add plant milk if desired. 

For a Cold Drink
1. Dissolve 1.5 tsp (8g) in a small amount of hot water
2. Add ice cold water/plant milk
3. Serve on ice.
